Synopsis:
A nun, who calls herself Doña Inés de Ulloa, lives her life hidden away in a convent
cell, where time and space seem to merge into one. One night she receives a visit
from a traveller who is interested in discovering whether the Don Juan legend is true.
Doña Inés is forced once again to confront the eternal shadow cast by her loved one.

Tell us a bit about your theatre company:
Ministry of Clown was founded by Ricardo Madrigal and Lauren Bryant, both Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company graduates. Using games inspired by clowning, Ministry of Clown devises original pieces that are inspired by classical plays and yet relevant to modern-day audiences. We are fortunate to collaborate with other Fourth Monkey graduates from all backgrounds. In this specific production for FesTeLOff, most creatives are from Spain.

Brief Description
Historical and social events have always had an impact on the development of theatre as theatre has reflected these events both in the written word and on stage. Staging requirements have meant that the spaces where plays are performed have had to be adapted to ensure that actor/audience communication is effective.
