La Cantante Calva portrays the daily life of an English married couple in the outskirts of London. The couple are waiting for their guests, who are late for dinner, so they have decided to start eating. Through satirical dialogue and absurd situations, the characters try to communicate, without succeeding, leaving a glimpse of a parody of society and a critique of humanity. Our proposal updates the play in today’s Madrid.
