• We are a limited company by guarantee, meaning we have no shareholders.
• Our members agree to a small financial “guarantee” in case of financial need.
• Any profits go back into supporting our theatre, improving facilities, producing shows, and enhancing community engagement.
• Members join to support the arts, not to earn dividends or profit
